there is nothing to like. For over last 2 years there has been no promotions or hike. Only top and middle level management managers and leaderships are getting promoted. rest employees below level 9 have not been promoted or got hike for last 2 years and they have cut down the Variable pay too. not employee oriented organization, Racial discrimination between south Indian and north Indian. Politically played by South Indian Manager toward the north Indian employee during hikes and promotion. Toxic work culture. no Job security, no financial growth, no skill enhancement.
