Appointing or promoting people who are not skilled but have good rapport with there promoting manager which indeed affects the managing of the other people in project. It provides the flexibility in working from home, and some project only requires 5 days a month in office with team dinner

Projects are very less , we have to be in Bench for long time , noone will approach us to put in a project if we are hardlock to any training incubation projects , those incubation project are not billable , hence it will affect our variable pay and monthly performance.

If you are working in Accenture premises on a project, you will might get good appreciations

Dislikes

If you are working onsite(client side), you will not get much appreciation. There will always be a gap between client side and accenture for reviews and feedback. Timely response is a rare case.
