Discrimination at workplace. Hiring own relatives and acquaintances Promotion is not based on merit rather near and dear ones are promoted. No visibility on growth plan. Numerous policies but nothing is followed

Zero work life balance. No support for Returning mothers

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
