Worst work culture, managers not cooperative, they will make your life hell. There is no hike and promotions and expectations are so high. Plus HR management is literally the worst. If you have any issues with project and senior managers theres no one to reach out.

There are more dislikes than likes. The politics is on top and managers favour old employees very much and don't take work also seriously. There is a load of work they gave and expect to get it completed on time. The co workers are also very mean and unsupportive , overall , I didn't like working in accenture.
