Your job will be safe in job crisis. That’s the only positive. Don’t look for the MNC brand name, instead look out for learning growth, company environment, most importantly does the staff in the company shows some humanity on employees.

There are many. Here are few of them: Don’t expect hikes here. There will be no promotions given. No work life balance. No learning curve. No proper hierarchy. There are more dislikes than likes. The politics is on top and managers favour old employees very much and don't take work also seriously. There is a load of work they gave and expect to get it completed on time. The co workers are also very mean and unsupportive , overall , I didn't like working in accenture. It was a horrible time There. I was in GSM IM team.

Gender biased, prefers women employees for representing the company . And men to deliver the high risk tasks. Clients are important than employees. They don't care about employees even if we made a small communicational mistake... Immediate escalations ... Leading to forced resignation/termination/silent layoff
