Work culture and ethics are not at all employee friendly at Accenture. It is mostly driven by biased leaders and managers who have their own favorites in the team and only those few folks get all the praise, promotion, and appreciation while the ones who don't fit in their good books are often left strangled or been put on PIP without proper reasoning and information. They have a strict policy to put 10% workforce on either PIP or given direct exit from the company.
