Happy to work with Accenture,the helping hands,alumini, working style, environment. After my exit also none of the management or Operations helped me in providing needful. But the alumini network helped me alot,I was happy for the relationship with a employee from Accenture even after leaving the organisation.

Dislikes

In this corporate culture every one knows that there will be a cunning characters,seen in this company too. Management or Operations never understands the situations or agents carrier or his values. What is the use of working? No opportunities,need to stuck and struggle even if we have a eligibility.

Work Details

Need to come to office stick to system. Can't understand whether I am a slave or coming to school. No fun Friday's , no much outings, no carrier guidance or growth. This is the way the operation department made the complete process horrible.
