Likes

Huge scope of learning. I really liked how Accenture at its core is excellence driven. They really emphasize on holistic learning. Due to this employees feel involved and give their 100%. I personally see this company as one to grow and retire from.

Dislikes

I would say, they should walk the talk around ONE Accenture, the IJP really feels uphill task for internal employees, as they prefer hiring externally rather than staffing internally

Work Details

I work as a Senior Analyst/Consultant in the BPM Offerings team at Accenture. We are CoE for BPM Strategy and Consulting activities, which has placed us in a sweet spot of S&C, Tech, Ops, Interactive.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
