In 2.5 years in Accenture, I didn't find anything good here to be very honest. From people to work to skills development to processing FnF everything was so bad.

Dislikes

They have not processed my FnF properly, just because of the incorrect and incomplete information given to me by one of my senior PMO person and HR during my notice period regarding the leave policy they have recovered 40,000 from my FnF. But I keep on fighting over email with HR. When I tried to reach out to higher management person they laughed at my situation and took the final decision in PMO Favour and mentioned that they can't rework my FnF. That's how a suffered a major loss. After that I realized that being good and hard working throughout my time in Accenture doesn't help me a bit. So due to this I don't have any reason to like Accenture at least after what happened to me and how people treated me after I exit....Read More

Organization has good compensation benefits compared to other service sectors.Teammates support you most of the times.Provides free transportation for everyone.Joining and exit periods are well defined clearly to keep employees well aware.

Dislikes

There are many internal politics when it comes to your appraisal period and you may feel biased most of the times.Also your skills and your preferences are not considered during project allocation by many managers.There are many instances when you don't get projects which could improve your technical skills to grow and you may stuckin slow moving projects with outdated tools which hampers your growth later....Read More

Seniors helped me during my tenure in Accenture which helped me to grow in technicals and soft skills.My job became slow growth and less exciting which lead to boredom.
