Company has sat and Sun off. Company has few good services like team outing and team lunch.

Multiple dislikes don't know if I can fit here 1) company has team outing and lunch but on paper. Team outing does happens but every six months but somewhere to your nearest mall. 2) now it's 4th year no promotion till now. 3) There is a saying here "if you want promotion either go to banglore or wear a saree". 4) There is a huge discrimination with males in the name of women empowerment. 5) Increments are good if have a god father, but if you are common hard and smart working guy forget it. 6) No one is going to listen you. 7) I wrote an email to HR 3 years ago still she did not respond....Read More

Ahmedabad office, in particular, is not a good place to work due to no food vendor availability, no transport facility, & very cramped seating (you can't focus if someone besides you is on a call, desks are right next to one another with no separation).

I don't like anything about Accenture while I was working for the project Verizon because of this project my thoughts for Accenture changed alot.

Dislikes

No job security along with long working hours with strict parameters which are not even achievable that is why resigning rate is way too high if we compare it with hiring. Out of 16 people batch only 2 to 3 people left after the training. The process is Verizon which is too worst to work. Please avoid if they offer you to work for Verizon.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. Low salaries they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

Culture. They showcase that they have best culture but when it comes to your issues related to project like work is not as per your domain knowledge, your personal or reality or issues then nobody will listen to you and manager will call you to change your statement. I'm working as an agent for Google client YouTube (trust and safety). So guys what I want to tell you is Please work for yourself and act like you are working hard and act like you are always busy and remember you have to be a spoon to your lead and manager, then only you will get promotions or hikes, also you have to bring tea, coffee, somasa to them so that you'll be recognized. No matter how hard you work end of the day those spoons will get hikes. And this is what happening in Accenture - YouTube (trust and safety) process.
