Company culture and job security are splendid in this organization, there are very supportive and great people working around. I don’t have much complaints on salary but yes, variables are pathetic and very disappointing.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Variables: it will show very high like 21%, 27% etc. but will credit like nothing. Will receive a amount which is out of the least imagination. Promotion: not a big fan of Accenture, if you’re holding an offer also they will promise you this and that & result/ outcome will be complete dissatisfaction.

Work Details

Work policy: Depends upon the implementation phase and client visits.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
