Accenture VS Virtusa

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay

I don't know what I like about Accenture. Maybe the company is good but the people here are worst. They are the biggest bootlickers. The people here are more interested in your personal life. There is no work-life balance. At the initial stage of my career I have been tortured a lot. They kill your appraisal by giving crap reasons. Plus 15% of your package is variable which they never give. These are certain ways how Accenture makes money. On my personal ground I did not like this company and the people working here at all....Read More

I dislike everything about Accenture. As I have already mentioned above there is nothing good about the company. There is a lot of politics filled. And the people here are worst. They even don't know how to talk with their female colleagues.
