Accenture has opened offices in Tier-2 cities, which help in moving near native place. As a fresher I got many seniors who helped me in developing my career.

I recently interviewed for the Salesforce Application Developer role at Accenture, and I was thoroughly impressed with the company's commitment to innovation, employee growth, and a collaborative work culture. Accenture offers a fantastic platform for Salesforce developers to grow, with opportunities to work on impactful projects and advance technical skills. The benefits, such as maternity plans, are a testament to the company's holistic approach to supporting its employees. During my interview, I faced some communication challenges, particularly when asked about Lightning Components and Push API integration. Regarding the Push API, my response didn’t fully address the nuances of ensuring that the API loop stops recursion. After conducting further research, I now understand that implementing a loop mechanism within the API is key to preventing recursion, ensuring that calls don’t repeat unnecessarily and overload the system. I am excited to apply this enhanced understanding and approach in the future and remain keen on reapplying for a position at Accenture to further refine my technical expertise....Read More
One area of improvement I believe Accenture could focus on is ensuring that interviewers consider the relevance of the questions they ask. In my case, I felt that the interview did not fully engage with the depth of my responses, especially concerning critical technical topics like Lightning Components and Push API integration. While my profile and skills were in line with the role, certain out-of-context questions seemed to derail the interview process. However, since the interview, I’ve further refined my understanding of these areas, and I am confident in my ability to address such topics effectively. Additionally, as discussed with the HR recruiter, I am prepared to answer all relevant questions comprehensively in future interviews. Overall, I would rate Accenture 4 out of 5 for its focus on fostering innovation and supporting professional growth...Read More

The only thing that is good here for now is that WFO is not mandatory.
I switched to Accenture thinking that it'll have better work culture and the disappointment I had! I don't know how so many sub standard people are working here and how they got hired. I have had people with 14 years of experience ask me how to change the header color of a table on an email and ask me to format their emails. This is just an example. There are tens of such incidents with different people. My DU has been good, because the team was actually another company before which was acquired by Accenture. While I was working for my DU, from people perspective within team everything was good. Once I started working as a loaned resource, all the hell broke loose, the real picture of Accenture become evident. So many incompetent people!! So less proactive people and in this muck even the people who are driven lose their track and motivation because the higher management don't care much about the ground level....Read More

The people in accenture is good
The working culture is toxic. There is no work life balance. When people started moving out due to no promotions and appraisal since a year, Accenture started to move them to PIP. There is lot of internal politics.

Abundant trainings, they focus on providing courses, if you are doing just fine at your job you will not have to worry about job security, also if you are a cunning person, you will get onsite.
Politics, no growth, no work life balance, no hikes, salary sucks, nobody knows anything.

* I have found my colleagues are very good. * Few projects have lots of learning opportunities.
* Office politics at its peak. * Too much power in hands of manager and they play favouritism for promotion. * No salary hike or promotion. * No benifits. * Management has no interaction with the employees.

I came to know that here different departments like Technology and opretions like that technology people will get career growth by skillup training and exams. And in operation no one talks on it and that doesn't applicable to operations department.

I like working here and work culture also nice. Professional growth also great. But all these growth, work life balance varies based on project to project too. As some of my friends also work in Accenture but on different projects have very toxic culture and some have more better than mine. Promotion and hikes also very low from last 2 years. And only those are getting promotion and hikes where project budget are high....Read More
Think that i don't like here is Accenture always try to make gender equality so because of that female gets more promotion as compared to males.

Your contribution and work is acknowledged and rewarded.
No work life balance. Poor leadership and no work satisfaction as no matter how fast you deliver or identity and resolve critical complex issues, you are still blamed and asked for more and more . No cordination between the leadership and higher management making things difficult at root level. Your working hours are simply 12-14 hours everyday. And extending on weekends is an ask for poor requirements given....Read More

Timely salary, office location,
Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days....Read More

Absolutely nothing.
To be very honest, Accenture now doesn't value the skills of a resource. 2 years and counting, there is no promotion and only 6% hike. This is happening for a Btech and an MBA graduate. This is very shocking as an organization not to recognise the capabilities of a resource. During the time of Pierre Nanterme atleast promotion and promised hikes were there. But it seems Julie Sweet is incapable of managing this organisation in the grounds of recognition. Plus there are no good projects mostly all are support based. So you don't get to have an experience in an implementation project. No growth, no hike, no recognition. There is absolutely nothing to add value. Moreover without hikes and promotions, they called the resource to office which is a crime I would say....Read More
