Likes

Accenture Kolkata location should be avoided. Place full of office politics. Always in search of scapegoats. Management is not capable of handling big projects.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Always put pressure on one or two resources who are working but not reflecting the same during appraisal. The fear of PIP is something keeping people away from giving 100%.

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards.
