Accenture has a brilliant work environment with a very good exposure towards enhancing your skills and also friendly colleagues that encourage you to work and learn more.

Dislikes

Accenture doesn't respect the individual when it comes it chosing technology/project. You can be trained in SAP but might have to work in JAVA so what's the point of training and you can't say no to work in that field as it results in refusal tag which you can take 3 in your tenure. Even HR doesn't listen though the reasong for sticking to your field is completely authentic. That's the worst thing in Accenture....Read More
