Good clients and plenty of opportunities for you to grab, if you are aggressive about your personal growth.

Dislikes

The chances are more that you will be disowned from a fair representation at appraisals if we move across projects. So, staying long term in the assignment will be more beneficial. Also, there seems to be an unconscious bias to men in the name of diversity!

Work Details

Good. Focus will be more on delivery commitments. There will be a flexibility.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
