Nothing! worst place to work at as the Management sucks. This deserves 0 stars for everything. Toxic management no hike in last 3 years, in reality company is making profits but misguide us stating no profits. Logically if the company is claiming no profits for 3years continously its better to skip this company.

Dislikes

Everything! Mainly the hierarchy structure sucks, though you are in a TL position you and entry level associate will be doing the same work. Unsure of the logic behind this as the experience you have gained through years in other companies is of no use.

Almost everything! Toxic work culture, casteism among managers and resources, poor technology (they consider to be tech giant), no hike and promotion, favouritism on top, pethetic managers, god knows why the brand name is still there. One should never go by the brand name.

Accenture is the worst company in terms of job security, they don't conduct talent outcome in a very genuine manner only depending on the supervisors opinion, employee communication is not performed and they do not value efforts given to them as they think they have many people to run their organisation. Each employee is not given equal value.

So much politics within the team. There is no work life balance concept. I did lot of hardwork at the end just by passing one exam my junior got promoted. Promotion just depends on the years of experience and for freshers just need complete one techleap exam or just complete 2 yrs in company. There is no value for skill.
