High politics, no job security, Mannerless and useless higher level managers and team leads, no proper trainers, favouritism towards the employees who sugarcoat the managers.

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. Appreciation and appraisal are not based on performance and there seems to be bias. Incompetent management and leads causing issues to the employees in many ways.

Dislikes

Bad middle management. People who are not even lead level are managers here . You will not be recognised even when the client has rave reviews about you . There is something fundamentally gone wrong with Accenture recruitment and promotions .50:50 is fine but make sure that it is a credible 50:50

They'll make you leave the company by trochuring you, by micromanagement, ask / talk/ or do anything, it will be a problem to that employee and heavy trochuring by immediate manager, management and also from the HR. Management and HR are related together combinedly they torcher. There is no way you can reach out to higher management since all are the same. Cannot raise C oncern, CO MPLAINTS, p o s h, g rievance, or any concern since if you raise it will be assigned to the same manager of yours. Third party verification, is out of scope. Hence accenture is a great company for working standard but i did work started in Accenture past 2 years but still in contract.. why there are taking such huge time for conversion is an question mark .. they can improve to get fast card convertion.

Worst work culture full of advertisment, felt like they spent alot of money in social media. No hikes and less salary, work like slavery in Service desk amd application support jobs. Like call center job with worst management and politics. Most of the managers doesnt even know basic troubleshooting or not even know the process. Favorism is there for management, and some of the managers have basic bcom degree or non IT degree and come to become manager in IT, and not even have knowledge about basic technical details....Read More

How it is obsessed with diversity and women

Been at the company for 7 years Achieved all sorts of milestones in terms of work Leading a team of 6 being just a senior dev Increased business value of the project Also achieved expert proficiency and certifications But Accenture believes in financial well being and diversity, thus dividing everything amongst everyone and within that favouring women employees Top Performers have no role here

work life balance is maintained since full WFH, not sure how it will look when people are asked back to offices.

They dont live up to their culture. Non sensitive People managers. People like me working more than 10-12 hours everyday. Lot of people for doing everything but no responsibility takers
