Pay is not aligned as per Experience and always below industry standard 5. Promotions are delayed without any notice 6. Appraisal are always locked and the discussion is really "Name Sake".

After spending 16 years i was asked to leave due to lack of opportunities. They don't even give a chance to go for an interview for a new role if you don't have relevant experience. HR team has become the worse. If there is something you need from them you have to keep following up.
