I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. Loved the work culture!! I was a part of Accenture operations and ops is the best place to be! Transport facility is good Approach towards women employees is good Comp and benefits is good the same theory applies as you sow the same you will reap. Had no issues there too. Overall the experience with accenture operations was excellent!!

I moved to Accenture IDC i disliked the approach seniors had towards new members in IDC only There is no connectivity between team members as work does not permit the same again IDC Lack of good training the issue i faced in IDC
