Accenture might be employees' dream job destination however real challenge starts when you get into it. Working environment is very hectic and you cannot spend more then 1 hr 15 mts on break while shift is 9 and a half hour long. Employees gets treated as students and manager/Team leaders are like principles in Accenture. They have GPH/ACMS type of software which tracks employees time spent on computer. And expects employees to sit at their desk even of there is no work. Minimum 85% of presence is required at computer. Also its very tough to pass your time in night shift processes. Cafeterias have very bad quality food. Employees needs always gets ignored and only client is of utmost priority for them. It's tough to get a day off on Indian festival and even client specific holiday gets compromised most of the time. You get only 10 fixed holidays in 12 months. It was my second company and I worked there for one year. I would have never left Accenture but I got married and relocated to some small town.
