Accenture VS Virtusa

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay

As i am on contract base , the team I got good team but to be very honest, i am very disappointed with team people and their environment. As work I got good and their is a scope i got to know but still not satisfy. Due to my heavy work and less tram I am not able to take any facilities in Accenture such as Gym, evening snacks time , leaves etc. Overall the work and team leader is good!
