Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.

There is nothing i like about this company .

Dislikes

The environment is really toxic , Also the companies policy is damn ridiculous and demoralizing. The only thing employee works for is the finances and this is what company never give a suitable sum to an internal employee , no matter how critical your work is or how critical/important is you to your company. Company policy and HR will never take care of you since you are an internal employee .
