Your job will be safe in job crisis. That’s the only positive. Don’t look for the MNC brand name, instead look out for learning growth, company environment, most importantly does the staff in the company shows some humanity on employees.

There are many. Here are few of them: Don’t expect hikes here. There will be no promotions given. No work life balance. No learning curve. No proper hierarchy. So much politics within the team. There is no work life balance concept. I did lot of hardwork at the end just by passing one exam my junior got promoted. Promotion just depends on the years of experience and for freshers just need complete one techleap exam or just complete 2 yrs in company. There is no value for skill.

Best company I have ever worked with. I left as I had to come back to Kolkata from Delhi... My Manager Mr Deepak Kumar Verma was not only my manager, he was like my teacher, elder brother, best coach who used to scold me also but also love me the most.. I miss him badly... I wish I could work with him again.... HR team was also excellent....
