Everything is wonderful. Apart from exceptional Manager of different project like to do interfere other project.

Dislikes

They asked me to leave in very short notice, because I did not serve cooling period between two joinings so they considered my 1st joining date and terminated my contract before 6 months.

local politics in project, team members. even if you are senior and go into new project you will be considered as fresher. in name of women equality they are promoting women only even if they do deserve that promotion and when they are giving 0% hike to all in firm so neglecting male employee's in serious manner. there is no contactwith higher project management no culture here that senior management will connect to team member, you will only contact to your team lead only. so pray that your TL is good in nature and friendly....Read More

Kanika Saini and Yogendra Srinivas too 2 lacks to approve Probation since it was very worst experience with Accenture, I never expected this kind situation in Accenture, all saved money took by both of them... Since they have a group and they plan nicely all together took money and took release from project and moved to New project,she made around 20 lacks from team.. she always like who gives costly gifts and who invites her for good restorants ... This used to be an organization where learning and growth were priorities. Today, all this company thinks about is skimming money from clients and employees. Worst place to work

The moment your boss understands that you're an agreeable & intelligent person, your life becomes misery. They will put all the load on you and keep telling you to wait until you hit their "MAL" requirements for the next level. For people they have good relationships with, or those that could be an attrition case, there's no MAL requirement. These people can be promoted as soon as required. The company thrives on overselling crap to clients like genwizard and myconcerto which costs millions of dollars but is mostly built of the same splunk that the client generally has already 😂😂 Then there's the non stop nonsense about business value to clients. Idc surveys say that Accenture fails to deliver industry knowledge or business value. Most of their cutting edge thinking lags what clients are already doing in the industry. Even the likes of TCS have better tools and solutions compared to this organization. Overall an organization built on hype, and gaseous marketing with mostly poor leadership that cannot find a way to growth even with a map in their hands. Thats my personal experience but it seems like females are unnecessarily preferred, or keep in the project even when they dont have any skills. We as lead have to do work on their behalf and they are getting salary for it. :-( 😔 and you are even not able to release them or replace them due to client billing

Salary is par with standards, however don't trust the variable pay. You might not even receive 20 or 30 percent variable pay. Apart from salary everything is way below par of market. Horrible place to work
