Your job will be safe in job crisis. That’s the only positive. Don’t look for the MNC brand name, instead look out for learning growth, company environment, most importantly does the staff in the company shows some humanity on employees.

There are many. Here are few of them: Don’t expect hikes here. There will be no promotions given. No work life balance. No learning curve. No proper hierarchy. Insurance coverage is good. I had good work life balance during my previous project. But in the new project, I lost work life balance. Have to be online for 10 hours. Need to inform for taking breaks. Lot of Micromanagement.

No hikes or promotions from 2023. In my current project, Management gives importance to clients, not employees. Too much work pressure. Micro management.
