Alot of things, Work is pathetic, people are below average, with little knowledge they seem to know alot. Specially mid management. High focus on gender diversity has led to inclusion of under deserving workforce which is highly non meritorious. Micro management is a key issue. No promotions and salary is under indexed to the competition

If you’re looking for getting exploited go ahead and join S&C ACN. They make full out of you saying they handle strategy consulting projects whereas most of the work is IT based projects only and Operations support. The leadership sucks big time with promoting culture of favouritism, groupism and absolute biasedness. Bonus are highlighted with 0-27% but most ppl never get beyond 10%.

MD leadership failed putting in place proper structure to allocate projects and led to managers selecting their favourite candidates for account they handle,

The firm really doesn’t value its employees. Unlike other consulting firms, there are no additional benefits beyond your salary and insurance provided has co-pay and many exclusions. They have spent billions on dollars to appease shareholders while majority of employees take the hit of stagnating business. The reward distribution (whatever meagre amount that has been) is not transparent and influenced by personal biases and preferences rather than objective metrics. Accenture has changed in the past 3 years, it was absolutely fantastic before across all parameters. They have moved from Client and People centric to Cost and Profit centric. They are resorting to pathetic measures to remove people, just because it doesn't support their cost and profits.

Nothing! worst place to work at as the Management sucks. This deserves 0 stars for everything. Toxic management no hike in last 3 years, in reality company is making profits but misguide us stating no profits. Logically if the company is claiming no profits for 3years continously its better to skip this company.

Everything! Mainly the hierarchy structure sucks, though you are in a TL position you and entry level associate will be doing the same work. Unsure of the logic behind this as the experience you have gained through years in other companies is of no use.

Thats my personal experience but it seems like females are unnecessarily preferred, or keep in the project even when they dont have any skills. We as lead have to do work on their behalf and they are getting salary for it. :-( 😔 and you are even not able to release them or replace them due to client billing

Salary is par with standards, however don't trust the variable pay. You might not even receive 20 or 30 percent variable pay. Apart from salary everything is way below par of market. Horrible place to work

Your daily work load + Promotions depend on the Delivery unit lead. People working 14-15 hours daily on a very tough project have also received 5-6% hikes while people who work 6-7 Hours in the same project without much inputs can earn upto 10-12% hikes, depending on their relationship with the delivery leads.

I don't like anything about Accenture while I was working for the project Verizon because of this project my thoughts for Accenture changed alot.

Dislikes

No job security along with long working hours with strict parameters which are not even achievable that is why resigning rate is way too high if we compare it with hiring. Out of 16 people batch only 2 to 3 people left after the training. The process is Verizon which is too worst to work. Please avoid if they offer you to work for Verizon.
