If you’re looking for getting exploited go ahead and join S&C ACN. They make full out of you saying they handle strategy consulting projects whereas most of the work is IT based projects only and Operations support. The leadership sucks big time with promoting culture of favouritism, groupism and absolute biasedness. Bonus are highlighted with 0-27% but most ppl never get beyond 10%.

The firm really doesn’t value its employees. Unlike other consulting firms, there are no additional benefits beyond your salary and insurance provided has co-pay and many exclusions. They have spent billions on dollars to appease shareholders while majority of employees take the hit of stagnating business. The reward distribution (whatever meagre amount that has been) is not transparent and influenced by personal biases and preferences rather than objective metrics. Upon questioning, the blame is put on algorithm and the performance bonus is not linked to performance but tenure and leadership preferences; though this is acceptable for base pay hikes, but for performance bonus! Toxic management no hike in last 3 years, in reality company is making profits but misguide us stating no profits. I don't like anything about Accenture while I was working for the project Verizon because of this project my thoughts for Accenture changed alot.
No job security along with long working hours with strict parameters which are not even achievable that is why resigning rate is way too high if we compare it with hiring. Out of 16 people batch only 2 to 3 people left after the training. The process is Verizon which is too worst to work. Please avoid if they offer you to work for Verizon.
