Worst environment lot of politics.toxic management, management will shatter the life of employees by using PIP against the people who doesn't honk to management always using pip fakely to remove and to stop the growth of the employees.even hr know it's an irrelavant PIP still they continue to support management bull shits.

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
