I'm working as an agent for Google client YouTube (trust and safety). So guys what I want to tell you is Please work for yourself and act like you are working hard and act like you are always busy and remember you have to be a spoon to your lead and manager, then only you will get promotions or hikes, also you have to bring tea, coffee, somasa to them so that you'll be recognized. No matter how hard you work end of the day those spoons will get hikes. And this is what happening in Accenture - YouTube (trust and safety) process. Note : Be genuine to yourself and don't share anything to colleagues which is professional or personal, because they take granted and insult you. So much politics within the team. There is no work life balance concept. I did lot of hardwork at the end just by passing one exam my junior got promoted. Promotion just depends on the years of experience and for freshers just need complete one techleap exam or just complete 2 yrs in company. There is no value for skill.
