Accenture VS Virtusa

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay

Acceunture company is best ever i have seen. but on Bharti client site is pathetic experience. Accenture never compromise with client rules. that leads down impact on employee.

Dislikes

Client Bharti Airtel. They treated us like labour. But Accenture never make employee feel good and secure.

The work pressure is very high. I do receive appreciation mail from client but they mostly go unnoticed.
