Dislikes

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

No proper management to give promotions and appraisals. For many years you may stay with same salary and on same career level.

It provides the flexibility in working from home, and some project only requires 5 days a month in office with team dinner

Projects are very less , we have to be in Bench for long time , noone will approach us to put in a project if we are hardlock to any training incubation projects , those incubation project are not billable , hence it will affect our variable pay and monthly performance.

Regarding the Push API, my response didn’t fully address the nuances of ensuring that the API loop stops recursion. After conducting further research, I now understand that implementing a loop mechanism within the API is key to preventing recursion, ensuring that calls don’t repeat unnecessarily and overload the system. One area of improvement I believe Accenture could focus on is ensuring that interviewers consider the relevance of the questions they ask. In my case, I felt that the interview did not fully engage with the depth of my responses, especially concerning critical technical topics like Lightning Components and Push API integration. While my profile and skills were in line with the role, certain out-of-context questions seemed to derail the interview process. However, since the interview, I’ve further refined my understanding of these areas, and I am confident in my ability to address such topics effectively. Additionally, as discussed with the HR recruiter, I am prepared to answer all relevant questions comprehensively in future interviews. Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. Low salaries they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

If you have any medicine emergency, don't suppose management will understand.. so keep it secret if you can. Otherwise they overload you. Also if you are eligible for promotion and you have done almost everything which suppose to be criteria the same. Still they said kiya kya hai apne.... LoL 😂
