The normal daily work is, I would not say boring but it does not exite either. But apart from normal daily work, there are other ad-hoc work that keeps my curious brain at work and I like that.

Accenture is a great company but it's Airtel project is pathetic. there is no personal respect for anyone. they'll treat you like an labour. manager and lead are literally illiterate. They are now asking people to come 6 days in a week. They also stop giving rembursment of many things. where's company still giving the same. as someclose employees to manager is taking all the rembursment for cab phn etc....Read More

*Work culture *management *peers *No shift allowances *Cafeteria I am seriously not satisfied with the work culture and trying to look for an alternative. The training was just for 4 hours and then I was assigned the project.So no proper on job training. Without training,you are bound to commit mistakes and then your management is behind you with escalations.
