PIP, Probation increase happens lots, no proper management is there, no value for individual rather favourite members get all benefits and rewards, promotion too. Men and women partiality is there where men's job r insecure, risk of getting pip is high especially for new joiners getting kicked out after exact 1yr, which happened to me. Seniors and manager are either incompetent to their job post or having too much ego to help u. Only good at pretending that one dont work n giving then escalations. If you write mail tk Julie Sweet and top peoples then you may survive only for once, after that they will terminate you. Work hours are in words 9 hours, in real its 11-12 or more hours, no proper shift timing, no support, only taking benifit of individual by taking advantage of them.
