They hire me as contractor for CTSD project and I worked hard and gave my best in last 2 years but they didn't hire me as permanent employee even they always said to me that we will hire contractors after 6 month or 1 year as per ur work I did my best to get permanent employee even they didn't hire me and they said again and again wait for 12 months then Said after 18 months will hire you and when I completed my 18 months they said policy got changed will hire you after 24 months even then I Ok no worries and I worked at Accenture with full energy and hope that I will definitely get permanent employee but in my 23 month I got mail from my vendor that my contract time has been passed and my last working day will be in next month August 2024 even I was shocked and ask my manager he said that will do something but they don't do anything for me and I have to left my job and no one helped me even I gave my best for my project but in that project people behaviour are very bad no one have no manners how to talk and treat with the employee very very bad I will never forget my experience with Accenture CTSD project Specialy for Madhusudhan who is the manager and Sagar chandra,Geeta rajbhar they are very bad people their behaviour are very bad they always tried to Let out the people in this project so that the can live longer in that project...... And yes if I talk about my salary Even I didn't receive my salary yet it has been 2 months completed now I m calling, mailing from sept month but I didn't receive my salary and no one is helping me no one is giving reply on that that when I will get my salary even update with my manager also multiple times but he always same reply thet I will check....very very very bad company never ask anyone to join there or didn't think that you will get permanent employee even You give your best but they will always save there own money and job not your job. Your job is stable and mostly you will be assigned to projects. You will be recognised on the portal with RP points .. Skill development is decent.. work satisfaction is good ..

Work-life balance will go for a toss and if your manager realises that you are flexible they tend to overload work and give you very tight deadlines .. they expect changes which is implemented just few minutes ago to be done in next hour and keep on following up... Payscale is comparatively low compared to market outside.

I'm working as an agent for Google client YouTube (trust and safety). So guys what I want to tell you is Please work for yourself and act like you are working hard and act like you are always busy and remember you have to be a spoon to your lead and manager, then only you will get promotions or hikes, also you have to bring tea, coffee, somasa to them so that you'll be recognized. No matter how hard you work end of the day those spoons will get hikes. And this is what happening in Accenture - YouTube (trust and safety) process. Note : Be genuine to yourself and don't share anything to colleagues which is professional or personal, because they take granted and insult you.
