The work culture is okay. The cab facility is good but poor routing.

Restrictions of applying to only 2 posts internally at a given time and HRs do not respond for months, until which you have to wait. They have fired a lot of people on the same day, no notice period and if you do not send your resignation email on the same day, they say you will be terminated without benefits. Mental health mailers are sent but when firing an employee they do not care about mental health. No job security even if you have worked for years. A lot of office politics. Subtle retaliation that you cannot prove to the HR. You cannot speak up if the people you work with are all hand-in gloves with each other. It backfires, even if you are right. Fire without giving Improvement Plan period. If you want to opt for some learning that involves a fee, they say no budget. In some projects, stretching is the norm and talking in local languages is a barrier, being an MNC. No transparency while operating in the hierarchy. Systems in place to monitor how long one is at the desk moving the mouse, only applicable to lower levels, while high levels can take an hour-long coffee breaks! Difficult to switch roles internally and extremely difficult to move from one tower to another, like Accenture Operations to Accenture Technology. Cannot switch a role in less than a year and even post that is subject to many factors. No HR interaction. Sadly most of the negatives, are not about the company, but the people who make it such an unpleasant and terrible experience. There are some that the company can definitely improve upon....Read More
