Worst company ever that i have worked so far with no support from niether the employees nor the managers especially team leads and people leads who disguise themselves as managers while they would not even know to manage themselves.

It's not a company bro, it's a pressure cooker. Do not, even in your dreams, opt for this. Only do when you have 2 offers - 1 from wipro another from Accenture.

It's not a company, it's a pressure cooker. Don't come. No salary, no growth, 98% quality target every day. Total 5 - 7 targets to maintain each n every day, if you don't, and that follows, you'll get pip, basically you'll be asked to resign. Salary ? Well, you'll get lower than the janitor, yes not joking. Growth ? If you can provide 98% throughout the yr which is impossible, then growth is there. Otherwise wait for 5 yrs for senior rolls. What is 3 yrs in other companies here it's 5 yrs. No stability, you can be fired anytime for anything. The worst company. Truly....Read More

None. 14 hours shift every day. 98% quality target. And 5-6 types of different targets to achieve every day, or you'll be in danger. And trust me, it's really hard to do that. So you end shift at 11.00 pm then sleep, rise at 8 am and straight ahead login.
