Taking leave is a big deal in Accenture.. People will call you if you are on sick leave for a single day and even if you take a break of 1 hour in between.. For the first six to seven months after my joining during transition process my managers and supervisors were after my life.. They used to make us work for 15 hours a day and used to pressurize us to work on weekends.
