Leave structure is good, can be taken easily.
salary increment is very low, no promotions , everything is on managers hand and HR plays no role, lot of nepotism. No job security. Lot of Mental torture as there is no raise and managers has everything in hand which results in no motivation in office

Inconsistency in hikes from few years, new joiners are not getting hikes after their first year. Most people didn't get any hikes in 2 years.

Management and HR are related together combinedly they torcher. There is no way you can reach out to higher management since all are the same. Hence accenture is a great company for working standard but i did work started in Accenture past 2 years but still in contract.. why there are taking such huge time for conversion is an question mark .. they can improve to get fast card convertion.
Regarding card convertion its take above 2yrs for contract to green card still i did not converted😒

work life balance is maintained since full WFH, not sure how it will look when people are asked back to offices.
They dont live up to their culture. Non sensitive People managers. People like me working more than 10-12 hours everyday. Lot of people for doing everything but no responsibility takers
