Dislikes

There is value for extra effort and hard work no salary hike and it is like one man decision deal management.. We have worked overtime also we will not get anything except salary.. No birthday vochers no allowantions etc.. This makes us to leave the company and no value for going employees in deal.

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
