Accenture VS Virtusa

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay

Din you are working in a technical support team. Then you have to be ready for delayed promotions and delayed conversions from a contractor to an on roll employee as their is a strict rule in this domain in the company “ weather you are the most senior in the line.” It doesn’t matter if you are working twice as hard as anyone or twice as better or twice as anything you will have to wait until the line clears up.
