Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Hired as team manager and i was asked to do doer level job Too much politics Managers are needed to have people management skills New people managers are sidelined and old employees are given priority and consideration Bonus is pathetic it just in paper to foot on the name of CTC while offering

No Strategy Projects, back office consulting, client doesn't care about GN team they'll see GN as back office team, Office politics, hikes are very minimal, worst place to be in after graduating from top B school

Sometimes work hours especially at S&C can be very crazy with very short timelines for delivery.

Alot of things, Work is pathetic, people are below average, with little knowledge they seem to know alot. Specially mid management. High focus on gender diversity has led to inclusion of under deserving workforce which is highly non meritorious. Micro management is a key issue. No promotions and salary is under indexed to the competition

Your job is stable and mostly you will be assigned to projects. You will be recognised on the portal with RP points .. Skill development is decent.. work satisfaction is good ..

Dislikes

Work-life balance will go for a toss and if your manager realises that you are flexible they tend to overload work and give you very tight deadlines .. they expect changes which is implemented just few minutes ago to be done in next hour and keep on following up... Payscale is comparatively low compared to market outside.

I'm working as an agent for Google client YouTube (trust and safety). So guys what I want to tell you is Please work for yourself and act like you are working hard and act like you are always busy and remember you have to be a spoon to your lead and manager, then only you will get promotions or hikes, also you have to bring tea, coffee, somasa to them so that you'll be recognized. No matter how hard you work end of the day those spoons will get hikes. And this is what happening in Accenture - YouTube (trust and safety) process. Note : Be genuine to yourself and don't share anything to colleagues which is professional or personal, because they take granted and insult you. Growth is a very slow process, there are so many in line already. Or your should be an exceptional performance with straight 95+ score for all months.. May be then.
