Salary is offered as per industry standard which is your education and experience not only based on your previous salary if it demands more than 50% hike from your previous organisation you'll get that.
Salary slip does not mention all components like NPS deductions, Meal allowance etc. which makes your CTC look small than actual Meal Voucher does not allow Groceries it's for bakery items. Variable pay is never more than 50% when compared to your offer letter.
