Poor work life balance, Retaliation happens even when they say they are against it but when you say to your big leads NO which you're not comfortable doing it, they make sure your life goes hell in the company. No holidays, no leaves, sick leaves hard to get, no bonus no salary increment the PDO project is ruining day by day, targetting to remove senior employees by hook by crook.

High politics, no job security, Mannerless and useless higher level managers and team leads, no proper trainers, favouritism towards the employees who sugarcoat the managers.

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. While the company itself is great, the management could be much better. There are issue with the leadership, especially with some team leaders who tend to be rude and unapproachable, which negatively impacts morale. Additionally, the misuse of PIP is a major concern, as many capable employees have been let go unfairly. Company has provided hybrid work culture so you'll get both wfh as well as rto and when you have to go for office you have cab facility as well so never have to worry about travelling and expenses.

While working in Accenture work life balance is totally tortured and compromised, Health will continually get worst because they has a rotational shifts every months and won't even get paid extra for night shifts and level wise promotion is slow paced and most importantly Accenture underpays their employees. even in wfh they don't provide electricity bill reimbursement they only accept WiFi only till amount 1k....Read More

Internal hike Variable pay thay show in CTC too much but don't pay even 2% of it. Overtime pay is not up to mark Too much variance in pakage of candidates on same profile..even candidate with less experience than you revives a very good pakage...salary is not upto market requirement. HR team is not active..takes too much time in hiring.

Your job is stable and mostly you will be assigned to projects. You will be recognised on the portal with RP points .. Skill development is decent.. work satisfaction is good ..

Work-life balance will go for a toss and if your manager realises that you are flexible they tend to overload work and give you very tight deadlines .. they expect changes which is implemented just few minutes ago to be done in next hour and keep on following up... Payscale is comparatively low compared to market outside.

So guys what I want to tell you is Please work for yourself and act like you are working hard and act like you are always busy and remember you have to be a spoon to your lead and manager, then only you will get promotions or hikes, also you have to bring tea, coffee, somasa to them so that you'll be recognized.
