All these guys who is low IQ, skills, education and communication skills and with good connection in upper management they are here in Noida location they are destroying the work culture of such a good company .. I hope they need to sack out and so much office politics.

In MDC5B transport facility was too good as compare to MDC7B facility. Work life balance is also good.

There are more dislikes than likes. The politics is on top and managers favour old employees very much and don't take work also seriously. There is a load of work they gave and expect to get it completed on time. The co workers are also very mean and unsupportive , overall , I didn't like working in accenture. It was a horrible time There. I was in GSM IM team.

Gender biased, prefers women employees for representing the company . And men to deliver the high risk tasks. Clients are important than employees. They don't care about employees even if we made a small communicational mistake... Immediate escalations ... Leading to forced resignation/termination/silent layoff

Work Life Balance due to Hybrid Work Mode. And Skill development as a lot of highly paid certifications can be done free of cost.

Dislikes

No promotions for more than 3-5 years, very less or No increment. No fixed increment cycle. No job security.
