I was part of Accenture Growth and Strategy team [Accenture Research]. This is for specifically Accenture Research. 1) 360-Value feedback - No constructive feedbacks are given. A culture of "snitching" is promoted and nurtured. 2) Employee Care - No care for employees, no care for their physical and mental health. Inhuman ! If youhappen to fall sick, need hospitilization then first drop emails to Managing Director who seem to micromanage everything. This is just one example. 3) Short-fused Managing Director - MD tend to get lose his cool more often than not. Person driven by personal vendetta. He is one man show in Accenture Research. Blocks every access to Human Resource team. 4) Since it is research function and people don't have many options to move out - Management uses to the extreme. Employees are not treated well. 5) Data Science team is over worked, over exploited and has an incompetent team lead in India whose only aim in life is to run and make employee life miserable by pushing his own work on employees....Read More
