Work quality is very bad. You might be doing implementation and operations work 90-99% if the time. Promotion is limited and often deiced on unknown parameters. No feedback mechanism is installed for you to improve. Never start your career here. Mid-level roles are easy to get from outside and growth within the company is bad. Long hours of work, i have worked for good 16 hours a day for a month, in return I got appreciation email with coupons of 2000 rupees. Funny thing is I started developing signs of spondylitis. When I asked HR to give paid leaves due to medical reasons she told me that it's not in company policy. You have to die working for Accenture.

Accenture is a good company but it depends upon the project and the project head you want to work under. The new Project head ruined the culture, making managers as puppets and treating employees as labours.

Work Place, Ambiance is Good. People's are cooperative and very professional.

Dislikes

They Lay off employees if the employee is unable to clear the assessments. Extremely high expectations and Target's in up selling. It's not purely customer service but basically a sales work that conduct customer service. Some people keep grudges (senior's) due to that it's really hard to work professionally.

Job is not secure. If a project gets ram-down then your job is on risk. And you were expected to search for a new project or role by your own. No HR or anyone comes for any assistance or help. This should be improve and role search and secure should be handled by HR or management only.
