Work Details

In Accenture, 10-20% of people are fired and people placed on projects in mid year are the easy targets and some MDs and SMs will be scouting to have some scape goat to give the IP rating. One should be extremely lucky to get into green field projects.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
