I don't like anything about Accenture while I was working for the project Verizon because of this project my thoughts for Accenture changed alot.

No job security along with long working hours with strict parameters which are not even achievable that is why resigning rate is way too high if we compare it with hiring. Worst experience...they offer a handsome package in the beginning and treat you normal for three months only..after training they just showed up their real behaviour to the employee. They didn't even give the second opportunity nor did they schedule an interview for the different process if you haven't cleared the initial process..HR didn't answer your emails or messages n all the candidates who haven't cleared NEE ...they just abandoned them. There is one TL, she is the worst senior I met in acc..she just shows herself as a nice being to everyone but inside she is the only one..who manages the hire n fire things. I find the company just plays hire and fire game ....and here the job is not secured...at all. The company is not a employee centric. They just act normally until your training period ends then after this they will pressured you to meet the targets. Best company for those who are clever and know the sales techniques however for those who haven't worked in the sales field ever they may get into trouble themselves if they joined the com. Even Accenture has several processes still they will ask you to resign from employee end or they will process seperation process from their end. They will not schedule or manage the interview to other processes. HR are cruel n not respond to your emails....Read More

Pathetic they are I have worked there for 1 n half year . When I tried to leave they forced and threatened me to serve the notice period which I couldn't as there were some emergency at my home. I have been harassed by the leadership.
