This review is not about me working on Accenture, but to let the people know about the stupid interview HR personnel. So I was searching for a job in this Covid situation and from someone I was referred to Accenture after a small interview, so he informed me that your communication skills are good and you'll have to wait for a last round of interview, that will be done in a week as you will receive a call from someone. So I waited and after 5 or 6 days of waiting, I have received a call suddenly but at that time some unfortunate thing was happened at my location, so I have informed that to the interviewer and he politely said that I will call you on Monday and I am still waiting for that Monday. I just didn't get this that if you cannot call to someone then you should have said that no you will give this interview right now, I surely would have communicated with him after that. If this is the process of Accenture by saying yes and doing no, then I don't recommend such company to anyone. Yes, I am an employee but I have the rights to say what's right and what's wrong. They should have confirmed anything but they didn't and I waited like for 2 or 3 weeks for the call and this doesn't feel good, hence I am posting this ....Read More
