I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. Work with Accenture was as beautiful as the thorns in a rose stem. Excellent work culture, where your supervisors crack gross jokes on employees. Work life balance is a myth work for 10 hours, which could sometimes extend upto 12-13 hours. No proper training team, the management is confused after hiring candidates about where to place them. Need to be really careful while they make promises they can beat empty vessels. You get interviewed for one process, you get trained on a different one and finally with little knowledge of the process you are supposed to work for you are forced to give numbers even before the egg hatches. Too much expectations, while they put it too less efforts. You get your settlement almost after 6 months from the last working day. The payroll department is pathetic, they don't respond in time. Even if they do, everybody gives a resolution that doesn't work....Read More
